US Customers

For our US Customers, the door can be purchased directly from Janus International or through one of their larger US distributors, Steel Door Depot (https://www.steeldoordepot.com/), with confidence that the door they receive will pair with the framing kit.

You will need to provide your chosen door supplier with the rough opening dimensions.

This framing kit allows for quick and easy installation of any appropriately sized roll-up door on the sidewall of a container. The door is not included.

Brush seal option is available.

This engineered framing kit is laser cut with all perfectly matched, symmetrical hole locations for quick, easy, and clean installation. The folded profile allows water to shed easily. 

Comes with galvanized steel frame components, all necessary hardware and edge trim for the top of the door for a clean appearance and watershed seal. 

You'll notice the door size is in inches. This is because containers are metric and designed using mm. Therefore, instead of trying to fit 6', 7', 8', 9', and 10' doors in corrugations that are 278 mm o/c, we have designed the optimum door size to fit the optimum frame design. The updated dimensions provide additional clearance, allowing an 8' pallet to pass through an 8'2" opening without issue.

If you are a dealer, this may require a little adjustment to your system/inventory, but once you make the switch, we promise, you won't look back.

Therefore, instead of trying to fit 6', 7', 8', 9', and 10' doors in corrugations that are 279 mm o/c, we have designed the optimum door size to fit the corrugation pitch. The updated dimensions provide additional clearance, allowing an 8' pallet to pass through an 8'2" opening with no issues.
